Not sure if everyone knows, but I have been taking flute lessons for about 2 - 3 months now. I am able to play some scales but the fingerings are totally different from piano. :D But that's ok, it is important to always take the time to try something new. You never know what it is going to do for you.
The accomplishment of being able to play 3 scales makes me quite happy. And starting to play a few "easy" songs too.
I challenge everyone to try a new instrument to see how they feel.
